Even a little bit of giving can go a very long way. Wonderful Giving, the FIJI Water Foundation’s annual employee giving program, provided FJ$245,000 to 54 local charities throughout Fiji with 100 percent employee participation. Seven hundred forty-three employees from FIJI Water, Williams & Goslings, Transam, Genera, and Neptune participated in the program this year, the highest ever participation for the Foundation.
The support of the Wonderful Giving program could not have come at a better time than this. Our organization has been finding it hard financially when the second wave of COVID hit, and this donation surely will help in reviving the work that we do here at the Fiji Cancer Society.

One organization impacted by employee donations was the Fiji Cancer Society. Employees donated over FJ$19,000 to support lifesaving care for individuals undergoing treatment in Fiji. Other organizations that received notable donations include the Dikusha children’s home, a local orphanage, and Cure Kids Fiji.
With the donations we have been able to upgrade the front area of the Veilomani Boys Home, creating a new area for them to do their homework and other recreational activities. The funding has also allowed us to add a new hot water system; now the boys are happy to take showers during the cold season.
