Connecting families to essential services

We believe in supporting the communities where our employees live. So, when we looked at the towns in the Central Valley with some of the highest percentages of our employees, we discovered that the town of Lost Hills was lacking adequate social resources.  

To help remedy this gap, we opened a Family Resource Center, so employees and their families would have convenient, easy access to an array of valuable services, without having to travel to areas far from home. The center offers free essential support including counseling, public program assistance, financial literacy, parenting courses, lawyer referrals, supplies, and teen support.

The Family Resource Centers have proven to be quite popular. To date, the Family Resource Center provides services to one in four households in Lost Hills.
