Food policy that benefits consumers and the environment

Leading the way on modern, transparent food policy at UCLA’s Resnick Center for Food Law and Policy

At The Wonderful Company, we know that putting healthy food on the table is a challenge for many families. That’s why the Resnicks are deeply invested in guiding public policy to provide families with the accurate and honest information they need to prepare healthy meals.

In 2013, the Resnicks made a financial gift to UCLA to establish the Resnick Center for Food Law and Policy at the UCLA School of Law. Today, the Resnick Center is one of the country’s preeminent food law programs. As of 2013, they have donated over $8.3 million to the Center. This funding has secured the Resnick Center’s prominence as a think tank and educational program focused on improving the way we regulate food.

We are so grateful for Lynda and Stewart Resnick’s commitment to UCLA Law and to advancing this important field of study. These funds will help the Resnick Center train the next generation of leaders in food law and will increase the school’s global impact on behalf of consumers and entities at every step of the food chain.
