Preparing the future workforce

We built our Wonderful Career Center at the Wonderful Industrial Park in Shafter, California to support high school and college grads on their way to promising careers. Here, students receive internships, résumé-writing support, interview practice, and job placement assistance.

The Career Center currently supports high school students from neighboring communities, such as Shafter High School’s Industrial Automation pathway program, and all Wonderful Education graduates. So far, we've placed nearly 140 students in full-time roles across the Central Valley.

The Career Center also includes our in-house Technical Operator Program, which provides a two-week training course for those looking to enhance their skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
